Bobby Samini - Managing Partner
Mr. Samini is a founding and Managing Partner with the firm of Allenbaugh | Samini | Ghosheh LLP. He serves as chair of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions department. Mr. Samini’s practice is focused on complex corporate, real estate and international transactions as well as multi-unit franchisee representation. His experience includes all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, financing, construction, construction management, land use planning, and selection of the appropriate organizational or transactional structure. Mr. Samini’s vast real estate experience has positioned him as an able advocate in negotiating debt and mortgage workouts on behalf of clients.

In 1993, Mr. Samini’s practiced as an extern to the Honorable Justice Paul E. Pfeifer, The Supreme Court of Ohio. In 1994, he practiced as a summer associate in the special/financial crimes section for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Samini practiced as an associate in the Real Estate, Corporate and Tax Departments at Voss, Cook & Thel, LLP. From 1998 to 2001, he advised the firm Bridgford, Knottnerus & Gleason on an Of-Counsel basis.

Mr. Samini has and currently represents both as general counsel and outside general counsel, to multi-unit franchisees of Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, Dunkin Brands, Roundtable Pizza, ARCO, Shell Oil, Verizon Wireless and Cingular Wireless, among others.

Mark H. Allenbaugh - Partner
Mr. Allenbaugh is a partner with the firm of Allenbaugh | Samini ¦Ghosheh LLP. He serves as the firm’s chair of the Trade & Risk Assessment department and co–chair Federal Criminal Defense and Sentencing department. Mr. Allenbaugh has extensive experience in Chinese trade law, due diligence, risk assessment, and intellectual property issues. He has advised and has represented a broad range of clients on matters in the international manufacturing industry.

Mr. Allenbaugh is nationally recognized expert on federal sentencing, law, policy and practice. He has served as Chair of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines Task Force for the District of Columbia Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is a member of the ABA’s Corrections and Sentencing Committee.

Mr. Allenbaugh is also the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of M.A.G. Engineering & Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative consumer products to large, national retail outlets.

Mr. Allenbaugh is a co-editor of Sentencing, Sanctions, and Corrections: Federal and State Law, Policy, and Practice (2d ed., Foundation Press, 2002), and is also a recipient of the prestigious Bender Award while serving as Adjunct Professor of Business Ethics and Philosophy at George Washington University.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Allenbaugh served as Staff Attorney for the U.S. Sentencing Commission where he was assigned to the Economic Crimes Policy Team and the Terrorism Team. Mr. Allenbaugh has published numerous articles on sentencing policy and criminal justice, and is quoted frequently in the national press. Mr. Allenbaugh’s articles are frequently published on Writ and on CNN.COM.

Nader R. Ghosheh - Partner
Mr. Ghosheh is a partner with the firm of Allenbaugh ¦ Samini ¦ Ghosheh LLP. He serves as chair of the firm’s International Business Transactions department, co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation department and as a member of the firm’s Government Relations Committee. Mr. Ghosheh has experience with a wide array of complex business disputes, with particular focus on corporate and real estate issues. He has recently litigated matters involving claims of partnership disputes, commercial claims, and real estate acquisition disputes. In addition, Mr. Ghosheh provides counseling on corporate governance and liability assessment to a variety of business clients. He has represented clients in both state and federal court and is involved in all aspects of the adversarial process.

Mr. Ghosheh’s corporate and real estate practice has made him an able advocate of clients involved in debt and mortgage workouts. His experience in business and real estate litigation has given way to his integral participation in the firm’s bankruptcy practice.

Michael J. Bartlett - Senior Associate
Mr. Bartlett is a senior associate attorney with the firm of Allenbaugh ¦ Samini ¦ Ghosheh LLP. He serves as chair of the firm’s Consumer Bankruptcy department. In that capacity, Mr. Bartlett is responsible for the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases filed by the firm. He has extensive experience in the financial and business aspects of bankruptcy matters. He has more than 30 years experience handling bankruptcy matters.
